- Andy and Cheryl Added September 25, 2019★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Purchased Glazed Porcelain Tiles from Kellyville Amber found lady Staff member to be very inexperienced causing wrong Quantity of tiles and forgot to place Order for Wednesday delivered to store. Had to pick them up myself from the Blacktown Warehouse Twice. Given excuse Human Error. Once received found Bach to be Patchy and inconsistency almost looking like Seconds Tiles.
To Managements credit they offered to Replace the tiles x 4, but we declined due to Grout colour inconsistency and thinking further issues would arise.
Also offered Cleaning Products as a compensation trade which was nice of them. Owen is a nice guy if only we were told the tiles would be patchy. - Tom Geekie Added December 05, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Fantastic service - Went in not knowing where to start in terms of designing a new bathroom and walked out with complete confidence with the project at hand.
